Peace of Mind

You get peace of mind and purchase protection when you buy a new product from TeroMed. Each device comes with either a 1, 3 or 5 year manufacturers warranty.

Original Purchaser Only

This warranty extends only to the original end-user purchaser (including purchases through an authorized distributor) of the TeroMed Products.

Authorization for Coverage

The Company’s obligation under this warranty is limited to providing any and all necessary product repairs upon TeroMed examination and final determination as to cause or existence of defect and, at its option, to repair or replace the products which prove to be defective during the warranty period.

Transfer of Warranty to Other Parties

Any transfer of warranty must be approved in writing from TeroMed. Warranty transfers will require review and certification by the company. 

Warranty on Replaced Products

Products replaced under warranty will be warranted only for the balance of the warranty time period from the original supplied TeroMed product.

Actions That Void the Warranty

Your Warranty will be voided under the following circumstances. The unit has:

• Repaired or altered through a third party not in accordance with the terms and conditions.
• Abused, misused, improper handling in use or storage, or used in an unauthorized or improper manner or without following written procedures supplied by the company.
• Product or device has been disassembled and removed from the original condition.
• The original identification markings or labels are removed, defaced, or altered.
• Any other claims not arising directly from material defects in material or workmanship.
• Damages caused by a third party or an individual who is not the original purchaser.

Responsibility for Warranty

Your Warranty is exclusively made by TeroMed and is in lieu of all other warranties, whether written, oral, or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and shall be the purchaser’s sole remedy and TeroMed’s sole liability on contract or warranty or otherwise for the products. This warranty shall not be modified or amended without the express written consent of the TeroMed Company.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover cosmetic wear or cleaning, intentional or accidental damage by the owner, or the replacement of stolen parts. Warranty is valid as long as the original owner owns the product.
